Acceptance
Students must meet the specified age and educational requirements for the course.
Proof of identity and prior qualifications (if applicable) may be required during registration.
Registration Process
Registration is completed by filling out the electronic or in-person registration form and paying the required fees.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing payment and subject to availability.
Payment Terms
Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration or according to an agreed-upon installment plan.
Registration is only confirmed after the payment has been received.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or online payment.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after registration.
Cancellation after the course has started: The student must pay the full course fee upon cancellation.
For full upfront payments: No refunds will be issued.
For installment plans: The student must complete the remaining installment payments according to the agreed-upon schedule at registration.
If the institute reschedules the course due to unforeseen circumstances such as death, accidents, or emergencies, participants will be notified, and a new schedule may be arranged. The instructor may also be changed if necessary.
If the new schedule is not suitable for the participant, they can use the paid or remaining amount for other services offered by the institute.
Attendance and Conduct
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete assignments on time.
Absences must be reported in advance, and students are responsible for catching upon missed content.
Proper behavior and respect toward instructors and fellow students are required at all times.
Course Materials
The training materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
Students are responsible for purchasing any additional required materials.
Certificate
Students will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successfully meeting the course requirements.
Certificates will not be issued to students with outstanding fees or poor attendance.
Course Changes
The institute reserves the right to modify the course schedule, instructors, or content as necessary, such as during official holidays or Ramadan.
Students will be informed in advance of any significant changes.
Data Protection
Personal information provided during registration will be securely stored and used only for purposes related to the training course.
Student data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Legal Responsibility
The institute is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings on the premises.
Students participate in courses at their own risk, and the institute is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the course.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from course registration or participation will be resolved in accordance with the institute’s grievance policy.
Students are encouraged to seek informal resolution before pursuing formal complaints.
Media Consent
By registering for and participating in this course, you grant Dalilk Institute with Dr. Hana permission to capture photos and videos during course sessions and activities.
These photos and videos may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the course coordinator in writing before the course begins.
Dalilk Institute with Dr. Hana will make reasonable efforts to respect your preferences; however, participation in group activities may result in incidental inclusion in photos or videos.

Terms and Conditions
1- Refund Policy for Research Services
Refund Eligibility:
The client is entitled to request a refund if the agreed-upon service is not provided within the specified timeframe, subject to the conditions and exceptions outlined below.
Exceptions:
The client is not entitled to request a refund in cases of unforeseen emergencies beyond control, (including but not limited to):
The research consultant has been involved in an accident.
Cases of death or severe illness.
Natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances (such as fires, floods, wars, valleys, earthquakes, or heavy rainfall).
Work on the research project has already begun.
Client dissatisfaction due to factors beyond the service provider’s control (e.g., university rejection, change of preferences, excessive comments on the research, inability of the client to incorporate the feedback and resend the research with the required modifications, or lack of time from the client to implement the feedback).
If the client fails to provide the necessary information or respond to inquiries in a timely manner, causing project delays.
If registration and payment for the service have been completed.
In these cases, alternative solutions will be agreed upon, such as extending the service delivery period or substituting the service.
3.Full Refund (Non-Eligible Cases for Refund)
If registration and payment for the service have been completed.
If a significant portion of the agreed-upon work has already been completed.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Work on the research project has already begun.
Client dissatisfaction due to factors beyond the service provider’s control (e.g., university rejection, change of preferences, excessive comments on the research, inability of the client to incorporate feedback and resend the research with the required modifications, or lack of time from the client to implement the feedback).
If the client fails to provide the necessary information or respond to inquiries in a timely manner, causing project delays.
Client Responsibilities:
The client must immediately notify the institute's administration in writing via email of any shortcomings or delays in service delivery.
The client is responsible for providing the required documents or information on time to support the completion of the service.
Consultant Responsibilities:
The consultant is committed to delivering the service according to the specifications and timeframe outlined in the agreement.
In the event of an emergency, the consultant must immediately notify the client and provide proof of the emergency situation.
Special Cases:
In the event of cancellation at the client’s request, the same mechanism outlined in the previous clauses will apply.
3 - Cancellation Request Procedure
The client must submit a cancellation request in writing via email, stating the reason for cancellation and providing relevant evidence within two days of registration.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refund requests will be processed within two months from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the same original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Research Modifications and Review Requests
Requests for modifications to the final research are not eligible for a refund. This includes language and grammar edits, formatting, and reference formatting.
Requests for final research review are not eligible for a refund. This includes language and grammar review, formatting, research structure, references and sources, philosophical refinement review, and coherence assessment.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Rights
A refund will not be issued if the client violates the confidentiality agreement or the intellectual property rights of the research service.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing research services, the client agrees to the refund terms and conditions by signing this form.
